Pros
Here i learned about how basically Information technology has been working on the base side, and how the finance related IT field has been processing end to end. Then i had explored about more tools and applications, process and different project and different roles which quite helps me to grow and achieve more in my work profession.
Cons
lot of company policies, work form office concept for most of all the designation. get lag in some were can't access or authorise to get support outside the team.
