You'll be given ample time to accustom to their processes. People willing to help you out Excellent Environment

Cons

They demand accountability: if you don't deliver escalations and deadlines you are screwed. The software is a nightmare to develop in. By far the most complex, convoluted environment I have developed in. You will be expected to be QA, DEV, and know multiple products/languages.
