Pros

The company offers excellent work-life balance, with flexible hours and the ability to work from home. No micromanagement, allowing for a great deal of autonomy in your role. The job itself is fulfilling, and there's room for growth and development. I was impressed by the generous severance plan, which is one of the best I've seen. I was even in the process of negotiating better benefits when I left, and the company was very open to discussions and improvements. Was able to get additional months of COBRA and a higher severance payment.

Cons

While the work culture is generally positive, there could be more collaboration across departments. Sometimes it feels like teams operate a bit too independently, which can create gaps in communication. In some instances, there’s a lack of clarity around career progression, which might be an area to improve for future employees.

Pros

Rather good salary (but that might just be a memory of better times) Solid benefits package A few dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues who still keep things running

Cons

In my experience, the overall work environment has been getting worse over time Significant reduction of local HR support, which has made many processes feel less smooth and less personal Increasing focus on cost-cutting measures that are noticeable day-to-day Growing reliance on offshore teams that, from my perspective, often struggle to deliver efficiently, which adds pressure on remaining teams More processes and bureaucracy introduced as a way to compensate, but this tends to make collaboration and morale even worse Contractors often aren’t renewed, creating uncertainty and constant turnover
