Flexibility, good benefits, decent vacation.

Cons

It may depend on the team you are on, but on my team the pathway for an individual to grow within their role and the company is very unclear. It cannot be found on a document, it is all manager discretion, and they never seem to want to have the conversation. Personally, I have been doing the work type and load of a Level 2 analyst for 18 months now, and have not even been offered the opportunity to have the conversation.

No Scope for learning No proper coordination between onsite & offshore managers Offshore managers dont even know the work done by teammates as both are involved in different things.
