Pros

Company has good benefits and rewards employees with additional vacation time for number of years of service. Direct managers work and relate well to employees. Communication between divisions is improving.

Cons

Merger with FIS will leave many employees without a job. Questions regarding benefits with the newly formed company are not being answered so many employees are worried about what type of organization is being formed. Employees are finding out how the deal with FIS was made and many feel as though they were mislead by upper management. The executive team is receiving a very nice severance package while employees don't know what to expect.

They are very attentive to their team members. They make time to answer everyone's question. The team leaders are smart too.

Cons

I signed up for the late shifts because of my other job. Overall, it's still not bad for a fast growing company.

Poor management all the way to the top of the company. Doesn't take care of employees. Concerned only with monetary gain.
