      Went from bad to worse

      Pros

      A job in a tough economy. There are some good people left.

      Cons

      Bad morale, layoffs for no reason other than to make up for the millions paid in bonuses to high level management. No training, few weekends off and no comp time or pay for most weekends you do work. Management has no issues walking anyone to door for a layoff, regardless of the situation or how hard that person worked, with little regard for that person's career or family. No pay raises in years, no career advancement, even vendors are told to pack up.

      Pros

      Metavante was a great company. Many many years, with great experience, rewards leadership and risk taking. Easy access to Metavante Leadership.

      Cons

      Fear-based, toxic, micro managing, leadership from Jacksonville (legacy FNIS). Reducing leadership from legacy Metavante at an aggressive pace. Introducing aggressive cost cutting with little regard to sustainability. Tenured, mature, positive leadership migrating away from company. Not a sustainable business model.
