It was a good experience although the account I landed isn't that challenging and the pay is not competitive.

The culture is pretty good and people are pretty friendly.The manager on the account I had made the effort of mingling with the agents. The pantry is quite big where you can comfortably have your meal and they look into the their peoples wellness. they had gym and recreational areas.

Cons

the benefits they offer isn't as attractive as the other companies. for the dependent you have to pay for their health insurance and the salary they are offering is low. They aren't so systematic.

Good work / Life balance. Almost no pressure to any project teams. Excellent HR Team.

Cons

Very poor leadership, with almost no experience in what they are currently handling. No innovation or changes to process.
