Great culture - employees are solutions-driven, and we have a positive environment. FIS has good policies and procedures in place, and looks for ways to improve them constantly. There are a lot of cross-training opportunities, and hard work is definitely rewarded.

Cons

Benefits have steadily declined over the last 10 years. Occasionally home-work life gets out of balance with high-profile clients, but that goes with the IT Industry in general.

Great new account management team. Very supportive.

Cons

Extremely poor management style. Over communication, to much detail and paperwork. Example: management drilled all the account managers prior to meeting with their customers at annual company conferences.

There is a lot of potential to solve problems and grow in a fast paced environment. The organization has changed a lot and there will be opportunities for those who support the changes.

Cons

There seem to be random annual RIFs, which can really harm morale and make it a hard environment to invest in.
