I was lucky to have a boss whose working style matched mine, so environment for me was flexible and work oriented, independent and free, no micro-management

Cons

Lot of red tape in back office, unprofessional back office staff and typical BPO environment

Cons

Little to no training, very stressful environment, most departments are short handed. Pay is below market value. Recurring lay offs and wage freezes.
