Pros

FIS is a large company with many different roles and opportunities within it. This allows for a lot of experience for someone starting out in the workforce, or someone looking for a career change.

Cons

Although FIS is a large company with a lot of opportunities, the constant reorganizing of the company means a lot of layoffs and uncertainty. It will take more work for FIS to prove it is a stable and reliable place to work. Management communication and internal recognition leaves something to be desired.

Pros

Leadership in Jacksonville stays up to date on HR trends. Treating customers and employees well appears to be important at headquarters.

Cons

St Petersburg office is dreary and dirty. And no matter how much effort HQ goes through to map out a good management process, local management can be dreadful and very dishonest, particularly HR. Your experience will depend on who heads your department.
