Lunch and Dinner are available. Good Too. Managers and Leads are a bit flexible and listen to your concerns. Slightly Upmarket Salary. High Amount of work everyday...Gives you some learning too..So put in pros. Do your work and get recognition.Minimal or NO Space for mistakes, they are very serious about it. Rating System is unsure so far. In India not just FIS, any company using Rating System - Is always involved with a lot of politics and favouritism. I believe, Its better to have a FLAT Hike for all people, based on their salary already they get. i mean to say based on experience and market trends to retain employees. Rating can be used for promotions and other awards, recognitions inside FIS.
Cons
Traffic is a huge problem for the location of the company. In Peak Hours, it really gets tough. Without work, you need to sit for 8.5 Hrs...some people in team expects that. That becomes criteria for management too. Some people sit on the chair too long, just for some one to call them this guy is "hard-Working"...
