      Pros

      People who have been around for sometime.

      Cons

      -terrible management. Took very successful people and moved them to jobs where there was no background, training, and tools. -compensation packages have continued to not be beneficial. . -people that continue to be in management are sub par and demoted others that were successful. -people are chess pieces moved around and put in new positions that are terrible. Have lost lots of quality people. - made successful sales teams into cold calling positions.

      The individual people who actually deliver client value are incredible.

      Cons

      Management & Leadership often discourage value delivery in the shortest time, by introducing more stage-gates & process, delaying decisions, & focusing on metrics (to the detriment of behaviors). Those same managers & leaders are often mediocre at providing inspirational vision & motivation. Top talent is escorted out the door through relentless layoffs or demotivational behaviors from middle level mgmt.

      Getting worse

      Not much positive other than remote working

      Cons

      Comp plans came out 5 months into the work year. Commission payments are a mess. Not paid yet for sales this year and others are getting paid for things they didn’t sell. Leadership is all focused on Amplify and the fact is they need to amplify getting their act together. They created a mess with a poor reorganization and execution. What a mess.
