Pros

First of all, one's experience with this company will depend alot on division, manager, and assignment - so I am speaking based on my experience. I like the culture where programmers and BAs help one another (which is essential when dealing with a highly complex application). People in my area treat each other professionally and courteously. Compensation seems to be about par.

Cons

It's a fast paced working environment. Sometimes you have to bend over backwards for the client, even if their expectations don't seem to be reasonable. Well.. end the end they are paying our salaries. Some overtime is required, especially if you are on-call or on a project with tight deadlines. Sometimes the overtime is just 2 hours in a week - in some circumstances it can be 50 or more.
