So many cons… I’ve been here 5 + years and things just keep going downhill. They did an innovation contest internally for tech and efficiency ideas and promised a bonus. Winning team got partial bonus and told remainder by end of year. Then laid them off without paying the rest of the bonus. Layoffs are at least monthly at this point, and sometimes twice a month. You find out someone was let go by accident, usually when they aren’t at a scheduled meeting. Benefits are awful. Super expensive medical, and this year they announced that you will not be paid out on remaining sick or PTO time if you are laid off. They just keep stripping benefits. Work from home is now mostly gone. Must go into the office 3 days a week. Even if the team you work with is not in your location. Morale is in the toilet. It seems like the company is being stripped of any value. They do not care about employees at all. Period. If they can replace you with AI they surely will. Do not bother applying. There’s a hiring freeze anyway, but just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for career opportunities. These people aren’t trustworthy.

Management needs to be more inclusive.
