Was laid off only after 11 months on the job. Never was disciplined or written up. Never was put on a PIP. I tired to engage with the team as much as possible despite being remote and show interest in handling all of the different lines of business. Most of the team was in another state together. I'm pretty sure I was only brought on to handle pandemic related demand and then turned and burned I'm now realizing. This was after my boss said there was gonna be no layoffs two months before i was let go. This was my first real salary position. I tired to engage as much as possible because most of the team was in another state. I performed fine in the job. Never trust a inhuman stock owned corporation to look out for your best interests or continue to give you employment even when you're meeting metrics. Don't join this company for long if you have to and don't trust everything management says to you.

It is one of the worst company. I had joined in MUFG project but left in one month. Manager will harass you every day. He will scold and threaten you everyday in meeting. Entirely a crappy human . He doesn't have ethic to talk in a manner. Your life will be hell in few days only. Huge work pressure everyday. Too many status meetings. Never see such a crappy company in my life. Never join in such a crappy company even if you have no job. They are blood suckers. Be aware of that. No work life balance at all.
