      I joined FIS Global in 2021 as a fresher, and my journey over the last 4 years has been very rewarding. The support and knowledge sharing from senior colleagues has been enormous, which helped me learn quickly and grow professionally. The organization promotes flexibility and maintains a healthy work–life balance, making it easy to manage responsibilities effectively. The work culture is collaborative and employee-friendly, making FIS Global a great place to start and build a long-term career.

      Very gracious with PTO. Allows remote workers mobility by guaranteeing remote status if transferring teams. Middle Management is great.

      Upper management is a mess. Seems to lean in hard on “corporatisms”. Implemented a very restrictive change control process that hampers productivity. Not very self-aware…
