FIS Project Manager/Implementation Consultant reviews

I am in the process of changing jobs (I had been on the Vantiv team and been employed here for close to 8 years) and all of my projects were reassigned to folks on the team who have been here for a month at best. These employees also have not been trained so they are being set up to fail. FIS rewards employees that are lazy and asks MORE AND MORE from those that are the worker bees. It is a TOXIC and an ABUSIVE working environment. If offered a job, RUN. Taking a job at FIS would be the biggest mistake you could make. Run like all of the other senior and successful employees have done from Vantiv/Worldpay.

Senior management doesn’t care about employees and clients. They only care about the bottom $$$. FIS has driven long time clients away that have part of Vantiv/WP before the merger because they do not care anout their clients overall well being and their day to day operations. There’s also zero accountability and also the culture is something that drove me away to look at like it elsewhere. Pay and raises were also taken away due to a “poor 2020”!
