Large organisation provides more career opportunities.

Cons

Be more honest and transparent with it's employees. When it comes to financial rewards there is a two tier system: the top talent, and everybody else. If you are not top talent then unlikely to get a pay rise that even matches the CPIH.

Better learning opportunities. Well managed teams and proper work segregation. Better work life balance.

Cons

Entire teams have to participate in discussions which is unnecessary. Microservices are basically too micro, which renders itself to duplicate work with similar functionality. Lack of frequent architect interactions and guidelines.
