Management doesn't care about quality of the product. They hire contractors that have never worked on the product because they are cheap.

Flexible work schedule. The ability to work from home if the need arises. Great intermediate group to work for, my direct manager cares quite a bit about our workload.

Very good and stable company, I am working with this company since last 1 year. I am really enjoying working there. Company offering more than average salary, usually doesn't negotiate with the salary what you are asking. Very good benefits and perks that makes your and your family's life very easy. Very nice flexible work schedule as long as you will get your work done on time without failure. Co-workers are always ready to help you whenever you need them. I can see very long term growth here.
