I worked for FIS Global Jacksonville FL San Marco blvd office for one and half year. It is overall good company to start in and good exposure to the Fintech world. People are friendly and professional

Cons

-company policy does not allow entry level/junior programmers to start as full time employee they start as contractors and then get converted to full time after 6 to 9 months. During this contract period you will be asked to do diffrent tasks many of them are not programming /coding related like reviewing client implementation documents and bank specs (some days no coding at all ) for me his is one of the biggest cons as i was looking forward to grow my coding and programming knowledge. --
