Pros

The immediate people I work with are great. Professionals and care about each other.

Cons

Executives are making millions while not giving out raises to the people who work harder, smarter and don't make the same mistakes the Executives do sending the company stock into a death spiral. This has happened 3 times that I know of.

Flexibility. Lots of very knowledgeable people to work with. Challenging projects to work on and some abilities to move laterally into different areas if you desire.

Cons

Required training videos that are repetitive and/or common sense. Too much work, important projects get delayed.
