Great place to work, management does not micro manage at all which is a must for me. I prefer management stay out of my way at all times unless there is an issue or i become incompetant in my position. I have no desire or interest in verbal pats on the back. Perfect Fit!

Cons

You must fight unusually hard for your salary.

Continuous layoffs, total chaos, no direction other than to cut/cut/cut so senior management can get more money. Total disregard of client needs due to the monopolized market position.
