Pros

Great work/life balance Got lucky w/ coworkers who are really willing to train us Benefits are awesome

Cons

A lot of equipment training is online now. You are expected to read a 600 page PDF and be able to test on it There needs to be a standardized way of training new hires how to do things like logging and checking all of the necessary websites to keep up to date on the SSC needs.
