Pros

-Telework available up to 3 days per week -Labor and employee relations positions equivalent to GS-13 at full performance level -Overall good work environment

Cons

-Pay not equivalent to GS Scale. Can be a disadvantage if it is you’re first Federal Agency in regard to pay setting -No full time telework -No upward mobility unless you are willing to relocate to DC -No in position increases for high performers

Pay is high if you’re willing to not have a life and work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Cons

It’s a zoo. The system is broken. Management is incompetent and often take the path of least resistance to progress their own careers.
