Pros

decent pay, some job security, time off and casual work environment. Office Monday is all football talk and no work.

Cons

favoritism, no results, boring tasks, feeling of not accomplishing anything. Pointless meetings, lots of throwing coworkers under the bus when a project doesnt work.
