      Pros

      Flexibility in work schedule. The amount of information from co workers that have been here for over 20 years is impeccable.

      Cons

      Very little promotional opportunities or career growth. Many of the current employees have been in place for 20+ years without a promotion. Morale seems to be impacted by it.

      Pros

      It's a challenge which was exactly what I was looking for. The people are all fantastic individuals at the academy and really cared if you passed the training or not.

      Cons

      I really enjoyed my time with the FAA, so I cannot think of any negatives. Maybe Non-Radar, but that's about it.
