Pros

The agency is very flexible. Most workers telework multiple days a week. Convienent to the metro station. Food trucks are lined up.

Cons

FAA is like most government agencies very slow atmosphere. The strategic planning is lax, drones policy is weak and mostly non existent.

Pros

Great training but you have to be patient...class dates take a while to get. Limited advancent for tech ops beyond H band unless you desire to go into management.

Cons

There are not too many bad things to say about being in tech ops other than the rotating shoft work. Makes planning out schedules a little difficult.
