Bad people managers, pay and entitlemwnt for uneducated people too high too many restrictive rules IT in the stone age cheap pay for contractors.

The organization has very good work/ life balance, flexibility on telework schedule. Fairly Good compensation and benefits, very friendly andd knowledgeable people to work with.

Cons

Being highly competitive organization, career growth is a challenge which all employees have to take. Other than that I donot have any cons.
