Pros

Besides the travel and the people development. Its a grrat atmosphere to build foundation. The venue that you can take, knowledge that can be learned. The teachers aren't withholding what they know. You can route ultimate goals and acheive long as you want to learn.

Cons

Not knowing enough. There is so much to teach, yet much that hasnt been discovered. We have yet to reach our ultimate goal.
