Pros

Great Team leadership, great managers in offering feedback in skills on communicating with others and how to proactively follow on others doing tasks that you review. Micromanagement was never a problem.

Cons

After applying 6 times to alternate positions, and interviewing twice, I was never given an opportunity to transfer to a different office. In fact nothing was done to even push my résumé past the initial HR recruitment desk on the other 4 times. Sometimes receiving instant rejection letters with no explanation why.

Pros

Rewarding career. Structured work environment. Good pay and benefits. Most coworkers were interesting and fun to be around. Great careers and good work facilities.

Cons

Training was extremely difficult (I did not pass). Testing was not very forgiving and scoring seemed harsh. FAA is unforgiving with testing and does not give any second chances.
