Pros

Doing work that you love, and getting paid at the same time? Fantastic! Plenty of opportunity to move into management, if you're so inclined. Great people to work with, and mostly under general supervision.

Cons

Rotating shifts, weekends and holidays. The airplanes never stop flying. Find what works for your life, and plan it around your job.
