Pros

-super easy, you barely have to work. When you do work (about 4 hours of your day) it is very challenging which is great.

Cons

-Bored all day, sitting on my phone. Gained weight from how inactive I was working there. My brain was so disengaged for so many hours of the day it completely cancelled out any work I actually did.

Pros

As an AST you will learn a lot from the inspectors and is a great path to becoming an inspector.

Cons

There’s a lot of moving parts and the paperwork can pile up if time is not managed correctly.
