Good work-life balance, Pension, Security

Cons

Very poor and incompetent management. No Innovation. People are very old school and aren't willing to adapt to new technologies/methods. People leading projects have little to no technical backgrounds. Very slow-placed. Management is also biased.

-Eaasy Money -Full Retirement benefits -People can basically screw-off all day, and do.

-Nothing is a problem until it is -Management has no idea how to steer the ship -People just dont care
