Pros

- Pretty great instructors and want you to succeed - Very interesting field with lots of professional growth opportunities - Pay is pretty great - Housing and Meals are paid for by the academy. - Fellow trainees will be VERY beneficial

Cons

- The job is tough and simply isn't for most people. - Certain instructors can be a lot harsher than others and you have to learn to focus on their feedback. - Job placement location after 3 months in OKC is uncertain. - Academy food isn't good for the most part. - I didn't make it past the academy but to my understanding the work-life balance for this job is very poor.
