      Pros

      Pretty good pay with lots of vacation time as well as weekends off and all major holidays paid as well.

      Cons

      No overtime opportunities. More work doesn't necessarily mean more pay. Often time your pay increases are are automatic yearly and depending on your pay scale personal merit and workload have no play in the set pay increase you will receive.
