Good stability, decent starting pay, good WLB.

Cons

Incompetent management that mismanages/doesn't manage and then blames you for their mistakes to cover their behind. Oldest story in the book. Management is toxic and trigger happy to blame. Antiquated management style, deeply bureaucratic in the worst sense. A conservative culture - take that however you want.
