Pros

Good pay, better than average benefits, safety oriented, and plenty of interesting work

Cons

When I heard of the movie title "Everything, Everywhere, All At Once" I felt like if I had copyrighted what I had been saying about working here, I'd have had a pretty decent infringement claim. It is honestly like drinking from a firehose working here. Because a substantial percentage of employees here are former military service members, we are inclined to go above and beyond to meet often unreasonable expectations which perpetuates an environment where you feel that the only way you can bring attention to problems is to stand back and let them happen, which is anathema to most of us, causing much personal ethical ambivalence and stress. Oh, and did I mention that we are chronically understaffed, and management positions are like an absurd game of musical chairs where there are more chairs than players. Some of us are averaging two managers a year
