      Pros

      Fabulous coworkers from all over the US. Travel depending on position, excellent pay, great benefits and a ton of opportunities. There are so many fabulous, dedicated employees within the FAA. I feel very fortunate to have such an amazing job.

      Cons

      Like all government agencies, it is a bureaucracy. This makes it hard to get things done in a timely fashion.

      Everything comes down to who your supervisor is. I am fortunate enough to say my boss is awesome. Great work life balance.
