      London center location at the Blue Fin Building.

      Cons

      Horrible management / toxic and high micro-management. Most of the position don’t have bonus which kind of rare for these companies. Micro-management asking you to work more and more everyday, never work less. No support for your hiérarchie, working with amateurs. Their trading program create insane amount of turnover, at least 50% of the desk is filled with Junior roles / interns. Women men ratio: probably 90% men, very sexist as well.
