Too many people, sometimes I feel like I'm part of a zoo, several colleagues have been there for 10 years and not advanced.

Old, paternalistic culture Outdated technologies (be prepared call MS Access and Excel as "systems") Bureaucracy "We have all the money and infrastructure you need, it's all beautiful, so if you fail, it's exclusively your fault.".
