      Pros

      The only good thing about ExxonMobil is that you can include a recognazible and respected company in your resume for future job searches.

      Cons

      Horrible system of performance appraisal. It is extremely subjective in the sense that it is based more on how well you get along with your supervisor than on the achievement of your objectives. Narrow minded management. Management does not provide a clear career development plan for employees

      great company Able to run multi million dollar buisness as though its your own Able to manage 70+ employees flexibility with schedule

      Cons

      pomotions are extreeeeemly bias if you cant play the game...... dont expect to win performance is not everything only as happy as the relationship with your OM and his styly of management
