Pros

Solid financials Long term view Many opportunities

Cons

ExxonMobil is a solid company to work for, but be prepared to be satisfied with a career being pegged as "in the middle". The Ranking system is brutal and not understood by anyone.

Pros

Financial stability. Excellent retirement benefits. Great salary increases during the first two years of service. Discplined approach to every activity.

Cons

Forced performance management system that destroys morale. Superiority complex of company that spills over to employees. Lip service given to workplace flexibility when in reality it does not really exist. Overly process oriented. No domestic partner benefits.
