Pros

First class job in recruiting so you work with very good people. The work is intense and challenging. Excellent benefits including company match and retirement (if you can make it). Safety culture is, without question, best in class.

Cons

Incredible amount of corporate BS. Good Ole Boy network is strong. Doing a god job is not enough to get promoted. Forced ranking and pay structure is a disgrace and everyone eventually falls below the line. Management likes to build silos so there is no lateral opportunities among divisions. No mercy for employees during the myriad of restructurings.

Pros

Worldwide experience Good benefit Great office and facility concern much about safety and ergonomics lots of training flexible working hours

Cons

Training is good but when its too much and disturb the working hours, then we need to do extra hours, but do not get the OT. That's unfair. Many bosses are ego and bias, hard to work with never listen to people Ranking system is bad. If boss like you, even you perform bad, your ranking still better than the one who put a lot more effort Work is boring, very routine, never enrich the knowledge
