Pros

This company offers best employee development and learning, which suitable for newly graduated people to kick off their career. Also, there are lots of opportunities to relocate to other affiliates in other countries.

Cons

Due to the current organisation, this company depends largely on the immediate supervisors, and there is only annual time performance appraisal which every people are ranked in each department including those supervisors ! !

Pros

Excellent growing experience. The largest projects and world class processes, with early on responsiblities. Good working environment and working hours. You are changed around roles very fast, which is a pro but also a con since some roles will invariably not suit you. If you're a creative person, chances are you will impress people since most employees are the "very thorough/soldier/family guy" types.

Cons

Working in such a large corporation, bureaucracy is a heavy burden. A lot of people get overzealous trying to promote Safety and Controls at the expense of more value-adding activities. Commercially quite risk-adverse.
