Pros

Upper end salary and benefits Will rotate jobs many times giving good overview of how business ticks

Cons

Interns get left with the jobs no one else wants to do (and sometimes aren't recognised for the time some of these sorts of jobs take) People move jobs too quickly for continuity to be established Attrition

Pros

Reasonable pay & benefits. Final salary pension. People generally friendly.

Cons

No input in career progression. Lack of clarity in Ranking Process. Career progression can be limited if a Manager has an axe to grind, very little employee recourse. Very political environment, lack of team work & common goal. Those in management not necessarily the best at their job. Not a dynamic environment. An ageing workforce, with many waiting it out till retirement. Lack of opportunities and diversity.
