Pros
•Average salary and overtime for working off Indian shift.
Cons
• Very poor rating and appraisal cycle. • Very stringent management with no recognition to new talent unless you are a licker. • Filled with hypocrite management who in the name of cost cutting doesn't provide any compensation/bonus/ salary hike/basic amenities like canteen etc. • Fires people without any transperency about the decision, hence no job security.
