Pros

Decent salary and still considered a good name on resume

Cons

Terrible work life balance, though most employees choose to extend their work hours to appear competitive and is completely unnecessary. Very negative work environment that drains employee energy and makes it difficult to motivate them in their work. Too many levels of management, there is a feeling of constant micromanaging which unsurprisingly makes work take longer to complete. Did not feel valued as an employee.

Pros

Back in the days, they paid competitively and had operating sites, including the refinery in the metropolitan area.

Cons

Very slow, political, only nurture Alpha types, you can't apply for an internal role, you get "asked".
