Pros

Job security, pension, pay, interesting and challenging projects. Company committed to growth and investment. Excellent global opportunities

Cons

Improving culture but influenced by American old school attitudes. (Policies are okay but the culture lags - eg flexible working policy is okay but very few people use it. modern working practices clearly frowned upon by majority of senior management)

Pros

Balancing current energy needs with long-term transition plans, and identifying areas where ExxonMobil can be competitive in the low carbon transition. Challenging project teams to deliver on faster schedules and lower costs, while continuing to prioritize safety and manage quality and reliability.

Cons

Very process oriented, slow to change, hierarchical management structure, and relatively rigid career development.
