Pros

- Managers are always giving support - Great team members - Decent pay but given the high workload, it should be beyond what they offer - Managers are always OK to give time off, holiday breaks and WFH - Trainings - Growth is always their priority

Cons

- Hiring seems very slow, the requirements are very niche for the current job market - The name of the game for IT in Asia Pacific is reducing costs, therefore you are getting peanuts. Always ask for better pay. - Everyone is wearing multiple hats, most of the time its beyond your capabilities and would cause burnouts even for managers and good programmers - Full time remote work is not available - Extended evening meetings

Pros

free time to do anything aside from work, which isnt too bad since you make enough money. But sucks to work for a company that destorys the environment

Cons

it is boring to do nothing but sit around on the computer all day long without any work to do so it takes a lot of effort to not quit and do something else. man it sucks working for this soul crushing company. I hope it fails.
