Pros

I left ExxonMobil but have enjoyed the few years I spent there. Brilliant people, good working environment (if you have a decent supervisor), and ability to learn quickly. The job is competitive in nature, but that is to be expected in all top O&G majors.

Cons

Competitive ranking process. It is not sink or swim and there are people around who will help you (admittedly, not all of them)
